Guess I'm unlikely to ever get one now.
On yesterday's factory tour there were a lot of 4 seaters in build.
According to the tour guide, if they aren't registered before Nov 1st, they won't ever get registered here in the UK.
Sad to see the demise of another "classic"...
Is it possible to create a new model from the 4 seater base?
I have commented about using the base to build a 2seat shooting brake or simple covered rear area ( soft or hard "boot lid" style.
If some owners can do it why not MMC?
A trad with a boot!
OK..limited numbers are likely to be asked for but...an attractive variant.
If the reason to discontinue is rear passenger safety related then remove that reason.
