The M3W parts manual lists the fuel filter with an N62 reference. A Google search reveals this is a BMW X5/Range Rover part with Mahle reference KL167, and includes a pressure regulator. BMW recommend changing at 20,000 mile intervals.
Although it looks like OE I would double check this info before ordering.
