Yes, only the top part. But I can set it fixed in that lower position. So maybe doing this and then adjusting the arm will give a temporary fix.

I posted the picture to tinypic.com, as recommended somewhere in this forum, but their site seems to be down at the moment.
Edit: Problem with pictures seems to be bigger, ebay.de also shows no pictures right now.
