One thing I will say Glenn. You don't appreciate how much blurring you get from vibration with originals until you fit ones with a shorter stem. You do need central mirror then to compensate for limited view from drivers side mirror which varies according to how much clothing on your right arm.

ETA: the central mirror (Melvyn Rutter) can be mounted to full screen if you have Fairbourne or MMC one. Otherwise body mounted between screens as in Australian version.
