Sadly no car port. Insurance requires an enclosed and locked structure. We have vernal wetlands on our doorstep and cannot build within 50 feet of them. Our shed was built with a permit in 1961 and is grandfathered. We can repair it endlessly, but not replace it. I am ready to move but my wife--who grew up in the house--isnt.
