Gotta add my 2cents as a former motorcycle crew member at Bonneville. The M3W has the aerodynamics of a brick, and I think the hp requirement rises with the cube of the speed. I just don't think you can squeeze that required power out of a V Twin.
Yup, I'm aware of this, and it may very well be impossible. But I'm going to give it a go none the less
