We are in Cheshire, near the salt mines so the local councils seem to delight in spreading as much white stuff as possible on our roads. The weather seems to have no bearing on when and how much, so my car is currently off road much to my regret!

All these comments about not driving in Winter gets me slightly concerned as my car will be ready in a week.Dont think I can wait until Spring !
Wondering best way to look after ,when driven.Williams think it's a non issue .Dont know whether gentle spray underneath or around post use with hose ?Think there have been a few posts on this issue to research
Dont worry about it,if your car has basic under weather proofing. EG dinotrol, or similar,just hose down after salt an forget. Mine is 38 years old, never restored and has not melted yet.
