Well for my 2 cents worth, I have a tough time finding any of the modern cars (that are affordable) special. They all look like soap bars. They drive nice, lots of power and electronics. Because of my age I look back to 'special' cars. I enjoy my 55 Chevy. Not fast, but comfortable and fun to drive. I guess it is special because you don't see very many on the road.
The other special car is my 78 MG. Top down, still turns heads and a lot of kids ask me what it is. Other people my age say they had one and have very fond memories of it.
The last of my special cars is the 54 Morgan. 2 years in the resto, hopefully will be able to drive it this summer. I know the insides of this car intimately. Having never drive a Morgan, this will be a special car.
All my 'special' car are made to be driven. Just as cars should be.
