Regarding CCA, its a guide to a new battery's ability to start a particular car, but will likely only be achievable on the first few starts. In fairness LiOn batteries will hold this parameter longer being particularly good at supporting high charge and discharge currents. This is why they can be offered with surprisingly low amp hour capacities.
You have to ask yourself though if its worth the 400% price hike given their likely premature demise. Note also that currently many hybrid cars using LiOn battery banks still retain a 12 volt lead/acid battery for starting and accessories.
