the box allows a car to go as fast in reverse as in any forward gear
My old 1950's 60 MPH flat out 350cc Excelsior engined Berkeley Trike had a reverse gear that drove it full belt backwards. I found out to my grief when I reversed into an abutment in a dark car park one evening out 'courting'. Split the (cars) rear end down the middle?
