First, is there any more turn available in the steering rack? If it's at its full stroke, then there's nothing left to gain.
I haven't seen this before, but are there spindle stops to keep the spindle from over turning? I doubt there are as they would have to hit the a-arms to provide this stop.
So my guess is that the rack gear is at full stop both left and right. I believe that stops can be added inside the rubber boots to become a hard stop.
But my thought would be that IF there is still rack available, remaking the exhaust is by far the best way to increase turning ability.
If you moved out the ball joint points on the a-arms, this would throw off the bump steer and you'd be right back where you guys began.
So if the KH exhaust allows a better turning radius, then there must be removable stops on the steering rack under the boots.
This is probably next on Phil's list of upgrades.
