I would like a combination.
For my normal driving day to day I want the idiot at the control to be me.
When I am driving into London I would like to be able to hang up the steering wheel when I hit the M4 raised section and traffic. This combined with real time traffic stuff and moving cars as convoys should have some benefit. More so than the fabled congestion charge I suspect.
I would like to drive to a pub for meeting friends. I would like to get drunk and let it drive me home.
If I work late and drive home tired it should take over for me. Possibly also playing soothing whale music and giving me a back massage. Possibly dispensing a Gin & Tonic. I see a whole new list of options being created by car manufacturers once this goes big....espresso machines, beer pump, microwave.
I would like my insurance to come down as a result of the opportunity.
