Did You remove plugs and inspect them. If all brown not black than must be the fuel side. If mechanical fuel pump, take gas line off at the carbs. With plugs out crank engine and check the fuel flow. If electric do not crank just turn ignition on. I use a mason qt jar. It should fill quite fast.
