I've got this strange system used for years! I READ THE ROAD SIGNS!!!
Not out in the sticks you won't - lucky round here if you get a road name at some junctions, let alone a directional signpost. Still, keeps away the townies who don't know how to drive with courtesy and anticipation on single track roads. Saw some of their BMWs abandoned in hedges this morning.
