Apologies for opening this thread again but I'm still learning/looking for the many fixes required to keep a Morgan nice.

Clearly this chafing issue is a issue and I've seen some of threads regarding bonnet and door fixes; I have a little work to do there.

However I've now turned my attention to the door screens. I've again seen a few ideas but I'm wondering if anyone has simply applied Vaseline where the screens contact the door and possibly the tub. I can't imagine there would be to much of a issue providing the its kept clean and replaced if dirty. I agree protection film might be a good idea on the tub as its more likely to get dirty and rub. Any thoughts?
