I can easily see that somewhere that charges in 1 hour increments would charge that kind of money. The main dealers all tend to have labour charges well into the £100+ region.

Why not simply take the car and the new wheel to your local non-franchised garage, they would probably do it for the price of a couple of pints, it's only a 10-minute job.
