However, to get competitors to comply, break it and that driver/car has time excluded on first offence and is excluded from the meeting on a second.
Scott Moran, one of the quickest on Midland Hills, is more than 4dB BELOW the allowed limit. If his team can do that, and break hill records, there is absolutely NO reason for excessive noise. Unfortunately, we can't bar those driving by on the road from upsetting our neighbours...
