John, It looks to be bolted to the upper shock mount, like the current brackets, but also to the lower front frame horns, so you would, I think, need to take it off to change the air filter, or look at the cam belt. Reminds me of some v-8 Fords in the 1980's where to change the back plugs ( in the days when people changed plugs) you had to undo the motor mounts and shift the engine. A bit of an impediment to normal maintenance. Worth it to please the Government, though!
