The line where they say that; "While the M3W may be an unusual design, the vehicle configuration is unequivocally a motorcycle" probably sums up the chances of getting any sensible decision made.
Saying that, the real own goal for Morgan would be the re-classification of the M3W as a car rather than a motorcycle, it really would not pass muster as a car under all the regs it would have to comply with.
