M Joined: May 2011 Posts: 1,245 Likes: 2 Seamill, Ayrshire	The last 3 (or 4) digits of the engine number are usually stamped on the flange of the bonnet hinge on the nearside towards the front. The Ford engine number is stamped on a horizontal flange on the top of the block below #1 plug.
