I saw a car done in this chrome-like finish for the first time at the Philadelphia auto show a few weeks back - it was a chrome purple, but what a sight under the lights! Really jumped-out among some otherwise quite remarkable paint jobs. Color wasn't my cup of tea, but it sure looked amazing. It doesn't look like any paint color or finish I've ever seen before.
