i think sending a clear email with pictures and invoice to MMC management can surely help, eventually also use their Facebook page, at you place i will surely be furious, when i read so many defect in the M3W that just block me to buy one, i have drive one last year my comment to the dealer be nice toys but not fully finish i prefer to wait some time more than paid the development for MMC
