From ebay though at that price those are definitely gonna be some knockoffs. Hopefully the beam pattern is as crisp. And the light output is at least close to being in par. I would be very suspicious about a DOT stamp on them as they often just have that in the mold, with no real DOT certification. That said, I don't imagine an inspector is going to care too much about it.
Also, these guys on youtube do great reviews of headlights. A lot of 7" round LEDs as well. Might wanna give them a look as they're always checking out the latest and greatest.
