Making a right hash trying to apply for this piece of French Bureaucracy!
Can anyone help me in calculating my cars Euro number please, the form asks for the info from V9 on the registration document but that seems utterly irrelevant. Do they mean the Co2 etc figures does anyone know? Also do I have to send the registration document in its entirety? Ive managed to scan it into my computer,[ a first for me] but its in four attachments as I scanned it a page at a time. I think they are bigger than the maximum size the French specify.
Im touring in my TT, not the Morgan in late June early July and don't intend going to any of the three cities for which the certificate is necessary but thought better be safe than sorry but now after a frustrating hour or so I may just put up with the fine! Help!
