The New Forest exists in a bit of a time-warp, helped by draconian planning regulations that make it virtually impossible to change the use of a business. There are also strict weight limits that make delivering anything difficult.
The result is that there are 3 garages near me, one even sells petrol and diesel, that look like the garages I grew up knowing as a kid.

Moving on, into the Forest we find Volvotech... Busy servicing Volvos, but no fuel.
Deeper into the forest we find the Rosary Garage. They were selling fuel up to a couple of years ago.
The Ford doesn't look as if it has moved for a long time....
