I solved the problem of battery...
For 48 euros the 50AH battery it is not worth buying a voltage holding charger, more battery is on sale everywhere.
That is 1 solution! My battery conditioner was I think cheaper though... although I did have problems starting once without it (embarrassingly at the front of a ferry). I might get a plug-in LiPo booster for those occasions!
