I have fitted Brooklands screens to mine , to the existing screen mounting casting as Jays mentions. This is about 5mm thick and very secure. I fitted and sealed some black rubber sheet into the slots left by the factory screens protruding about 5mm to act as a rain strip . My car is black so these are nearly invisible but do a good job .
