Ok. Things have moved forward.
Today i took the boss off and doing so, I could locate the problem.
The metal ring was loose, and sometimes the big lump of solder could make contact with the boss, and so starting the horn.
As you can see, the wire has now broken off. So now I need to re-solder that, and glue the ring to the cork backing
