Stunning: It is so rare today to find apprentices today even willing to learn from the "old-masters".
My thoughts go back to the De Haviland Mosquito that took 800+ sub-contracted woodworkers throughout the country, each making individual components that produced "The Wooden Wonder".
Is it comparable? In my way of looking at things, Yes.
