Alignment and water sealing of the front edge of the door can be a little marginal and so it is worth checking. It is the vertical leading edge that tends to allow water in so a low pressure of water (hose not pressure washer) will pick this up. Ditto the sealing around the windscreen.

The windscreen wipers rest in the wrong place and either shred themselves on the windscreen surround or wear the paint.

I love the interior finish but white will need some love. The aero might well drag dirt into the cabin if it is similar to the Series 2 so I would look into protecting/cleaning it regularly.

Make certain you take your neighbours for a run in it so they love it. Then the noise you make coming home with those sidepipes will be somewhat offset.

Thanks for the advice. It appears to be pretty watertight so far. I deliberately drove the car in heavy rain and no problems - touch wood.
