When in St Ives a few years ago we found that there were absolutely no parking spaces anywhere. We pulled into a hotel that was renting out spaces but also full. The owner came out and said "Park that car there." Pointing to a quiet spot. His own parking space. I hadn't the heart to tell him I had hired the car from Perrenwell.
