At first I dismissed it as a gimmick, but I now have to admit it is really good..the system is fed by 4 cameras, one front, one back and one under each wing mirror housing.

When the engine is running yellow lines predict where the car will go and the angle of the steering wheel alters the predicted path. The view changes from front to back according to the gear selected.

The shaded parts are the areas where the parking sensors functionL it aims to keep the car 10cm from any object front to back.

Of course this is a stage in the development of autonomous control, but in tight carparks it is a real help!

I'm now a bit sorry I didn't get the full camera system in the Jag. I quite like, and use, the rear camera.
There are a couple of other things that I now wish that I had ordered but that is another story.
