during the first week after delivery of my plus 8 almost 11 years ago , I ran brake pipes from the top of the king pins to the offside bonnet side of the engine bay, next to the coil with a couple of grease nipples fitted to a couple of bulkhead adapter fittings in a custom made stainless steel bracket.
My advice is not to use the One Shot Oil Oiler , since its introduction in the days before horses & carts technology has moved forward , the grease which is supposed to be pumped into the bottom of the bottom bush to provide a grease seal & retain the oil; is totally ineffective as modern oils just flush it away & the oil drops straight out onto all the the things its not supposed to, this in turn allows dust & road grit to be ingested between the bottom bush & the King pin, this makes a really effective grinding past & you will be lucky to get more than 25K out of your bushes
