Hi all, I have had a response from Gaydon. They have a lot on and the best date is as I thought Saturday 2nd September so that's the one I'm confirming.
I realise that some of you may not be able to make it but its just impossible to get a date everyone can do.
We need at least 12 people in order to qualify for the discounted group entry fee of £9 each(should be £14) Below 12 people and we get a minimum group entry of £99.
The bad news is that due to the 'TM attack' w'eve lost the list of attendees so we need to start again, sorry!
As I need to let them know approx. numbers it would be great if you could add your name below mine as soon as possible please.

Details of opening etc are below, I would suggest a 10.00 to 10.30 car park meet? I will try and get us priority parking too but it may already be taken by the Jaguars.

Busiest time in Cafe 12:30 - 13:30
Hot Lunch available 11:00 - 14:00
Most Groups leave it for their Members to use the Cafe as individuals, it gives them more flexibility as to what they can see and do during their visit.
Arriving by Car - please park in Museum Visitors car park.
