I'm pretty sure Morgan Park will have this sorted they are a professional outfit.
When we worked in Germany back in the 70's you had to have any trailed private vehicle MOT'd as well so they are strict.

I'm sure Morgan Park would be happy to field any questions from prospective customers (as I mentioned earlier) and will have found a work around engineering wise.
