Plymouth has been glorious since we arrived on Tuesday afternoon, warm (ish) and sunny for the last couple of days, dry and breezy yesterday evening for the first night of the world firework championships, forecast is the same for tonight.
We move over to burgh island for two nights later today, so hoping for a dip in sea at bigbury on sea possibly.
Burgh Island is a magical place... you must experience the sea tractor.
Also the island swimming pool, cut out of the rocks, is rather fun, as long as you don't mind sharing it with the lobsters and crabs waiting to meet their end in the kitchens.
