Now with neoprene edging added...........

This is how it looks with the number plate box removed and no undertray.

This is how it is cut around the over-rider brackets.

And that's it! Quite a few days work. The shaping went really well, but the paint was a real problem to get right this time, but where do you stop re-doing it!!!!!
Although this may be beyond the ability of some owners, there are metal benders out there who could easily make one of these trays, but would need your car for the fitting. And it could be sprayed professionally. But the two I've made are completely different, and so can't be interchanged.
Finally I have the old flat aluminium undertray which is available if anybody is interested, as a simple bolt-on between the over-rider brackets. Your brackets MUST have the horizontal ledges facing inwards, unless you are prepared to swop them round, which means splitting the track rod ends. Dimensions are 310mmx660mm. Fastener spacing is 150mmx640mm, which should align with the predrilled holes in the over-rider brackets. Send me a PM for more details.
The spoiler is also available with all fittings, but will need some gel coat repairs and a full repaint. The neoprene edging has perished and so than also needs replacing. I might pop this on e-bay, at 1p rather than bin it!!
