Had the previous weekend in the lakes, partially to join the Bradford to Morecambe classic car rally.
Chickened out due to the weather forecast and went in the Audi (right decision it p****ed down all weekend) but enjoyed seeing the diehards who made it.
Had to laugh at a couple on the way home who passed us on the M6 at full pelt in driving rain in a TR3.
Tanya gave a knowing, pitying look at the guys long suffering wife who looked like a frozen banshee.
I noticed the mog guy has a tonnea for a partner.
