Gravity has no affect on my doors, they stay wherever they are put. I will admit I have had the passenger door fly open on a corner though.
The door lock trick is a good one, I shall make sure my passengers always lock once in. I always wondered why my 4/4 had locks on the inside when it doesn't even have handles outside.
