Yes, I already have a claim with them and I'm just looking at options. I'd be willing to replace the tub myself if they pay for the replacement.
If I were your dealer or Morgan, I would not allow such an undertaking to be done by the customer. This opinion has no reflection on your abilities to do a competent job or not.
To do this requires basically everything to be removed from the frame out, wiring would be the main culprit.
This in my opinion would be grounds for not honoring the warranty of any electrical issue from that point forward.
Just saying I would highly doubt they would allow this to happen.

Can you post pictures of the damage? Just because it's an aluminum body does not mean it cannot be repaired. I understand that it's not as new in your mind, but that's how it works.
I was a service manager years ago at a Chevy/Pontiac dealership and we had damage on deliveries now and again. Even if the customer knew about the damage, it was always a repair to fix, not a new body.
