Never done it, but just had a try with the diesel nozzle on the Audi and it doesn't fit, so not sure how they manage it?
On a slightly less irksome point, not only does the Aero like a drink, but it likes to spill a bit as it cuts off when filling up for some reason.
Need to keep some kitchen roll in the boot, which handily is open when refuelling.
You know it makes sense!
