Having had a pre-completion tour last week Roger, all I can say is that no one, will be 'slumming it' when they stay in your accommodation; far from it.
Not only that but with a fantastic bar serving a massively diverse range of beers and an extremely good Indian restaurant a short drive away, what's not to like!
