I have most if not all available handbooks on the Standard Special engine but cannot find any information on the purpose and other connection point of a copper tube approx 3mm ID with male end fitting that comes from(or goes to) the female threaded port in the underside of the inlet manifold.
Only one drawing shows this line end but not where it goes to.
