My mother had the op and a pacemaker to stabilise her Neil. Her heart had become weak due to childhood neumonia and was erratic. The most significant experience she had was that it felt like she was on oxygen and her heart was constantly racing for a bit after the operation. It was not but compared to how she felt before (without realising) it was enhanced. She adapted to it but it took a couple of weeks to feel totally comfortable. It was a great improvement for her.

Make certain you keep your vital statistics using one of the many widgets so you can share them with your doctor after the event. She wanted the pacemaker adjusted quickly but the doctor avoided this as he needed a baseline so the first week needs even activity levels and no sudden shocks or exercise. It helped her to stay with us and enjoy things much more for a good deal longer.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.
