The adjuster is tucked up by the seatbelt reel. It is accessible through the spare wheel aperture.

So it is, a RHS one mounted upside down, I guess so it is easier to grip.
This is it the right way up....
This is an original, with a metal handle, which I feel looks better than the plastic one.. But still stuck with the black base.
Hmm..the wood "print" on the plastic and a chrome lever...
Or the base plate covered with thin leather to match the car.
Expensive, but I could be tempted...
