I had rescued it from a deteriorating box of Morgan treasures in storage, and thought it was unique and interesting, and perfect for you. Regarding the missing pages and envelopes....I am the paper thief. Sent a couple notes when I first found the box, this was years ago and I had completely forgotten about that! (pre e-mail, I hope you will forgive me for that.)
