Thanks to everyone for their replies. Just to add Lyn has had a couple of spine ops and ended-up 5 years ago having a lower back fusion. Prior to the 4/4, we had number of MG's and then a 911, none of which she had any problem travelling in, even long distances. Getting in and out of the 4/4 does not present to much of an issue it's more travelling any sort of distance, particularly over todays badly pot holed road surface,hence my interest in a possible upgrade to the SSI system.
