I believe our side had the same one but built under licence by BSA (British Small Arms not the bike company) It was replaced with the less than loved SA80. Not good for a left handed shooter.
I agree re the camera upgrade. As the body upgrade would render the lens less useful I would keep with the D range. I have always found the lens is the bit that enables the shot more than 100 nano-bits on a CPU and sensor in most cases.
