Current +8 is my (our) third Morgan, 4/4 4 seater when the kids were in their teens, then a new +8 in 1989, a few years without and now -my Plus 8 (1992) used to be Peter Morgan's AB16 (not the one with centre locks, but the earlier one shown in the brochure with dog).
She is kept near Aberdeen and used whenever possible. Before I purchased her from Thomson & Potter she had been resprayed her original colour. She runs sweetly and is certainly more powerful than my previous 1989 Plus 8 which I bought new in 1989.
I have one query which others suggest is a common problem - how does one keep the cockpit cool? Even on cold days it gets too hot. Maybe this should go into the 'technical section'?
