Good opportunity to have the top spoke vertical if you have standard three spoke wheel. The view of instrument nearest wheel is vastly improved, and join in leather grip is at the bottom.
Cannot think why factory install it 180° from above
but they refused to install it the safest way (IMHO) during build.
